Absolutely no glitter or confetti on the property. Pets must be walked outside the community as per HOA rules. Dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture or in the pool, and please pick up pet waste. A $100 clean-up fee will be charged for any violations. Do not move furniture or decorations around and follow the Departure Instructions before checking out. Please follow all rules on the Pool Safety Sign and do not tamper with security cameras, thermostat sensors, pool system, communication, or Wi-Fi systems.
