Lake Pleasant Village Apartments

This place was wonderful 7 or 8 years ago. It's a nightmare now. Children run around unsupervised at all hours screaming and destroying property. Teenagers sit on the pool patio smoking marijuana and roam the complex, during the wee hours. I've have my vehicle vandalism twice. Had my apartment window broken. Children toss balls and rocks in between the rows. Management does NOT address any noise complaints nor hold parents responsible for anything. All social functions have ended. There's no... more after school tutoring, Christmas parties for the children, officer safety program or community events. 2 BR, 2 Bath, kitchen, dining, living, wood floors in all areas except BR's.
All appliances including washer and dryer. Very Pleasant atmosphere in the complex, renters are friendly. Staff is awesome.

We also have a pool and a workout room with TV in room.

This is the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived in! It is VERY affordable! In fact it is practically a steal! All types of people live here. Older people, younger people, single moms and dads, and families live here. It is a very safe complex and everyone is very friendly. Management is always AWESOME and so is our maintenance staff. I've lived here a year and a half now and have no plans of moving in the near future because I have looked around and this is the best apartment complex in the... area. Very spacious, clean, new amenities, pool, Jacuzzi, playground for children, and assigned covered parking spots. It also comes with a washer, dryer, and microwave in every apartment. HUGE master bathroom tub, and huge walk in closets as well. Grocery store located right across the street, along with a Walgreens and Urgent Care. Located by Parkridge Elementary School which is a A rated grade school. Located by tons of restaurants and stores. It is also located down the street from Arrowhead mall and Harkins theatres.
