It is so nice and quiet here. I’m so close to everything too. Ranya in the front office is great!

The only good thing about this place is the maintance man, Pablo. People always park in my reserved parking spot and nothing is done. So i go and park in an uncovered not reserved spot, and my car gets towed??? this place is a joke, and the walls are paper thin. i can literally hear my neighbors speaking softly, and in the bathroom i can make out their entire conversations, word for word. Poor management; office manager is NEVER in the office, cars broken into/stolen with no care or effort from the office, predatory towing company, not allowed to hang curtains on the inside without getting fined, not allowed to store anything other than patio furniture and plants on your patio. There are so many problems it's hard to list every single one. The only plus side is the maintenance worker Pablo.

Pros: Lived here a few years, mostly friendly people. Apartments are spaced in a way that you can only hear your upstairs neighbors. I have never seen a car that was broken into. Very rarely see the police. Gate works about 80% of time (stays closed at night). No bug problems. Occasional small ant but idc about that.

Cons: Rent went up 100$ in a few months, they painted the place about 5 months ago, it is a bad paint job, there are spots of brown on the light blue wall, from the brown window… frames. The old paint job was better. The edges of the windows are the color of the brown wall instead of the color of the rest of the frame... Anyways the price hike is just crazy. They don't even water the grass anymore in some areas its dirt. Maint and or the office idk who is to blame has been dropping the ball over the last few weeks\months on service calls. You used to make a service call and it was fixed within a week. Now you have to contact the office 6 times over a series of weeks to months to maybe get someone out. I used to brag about how fast service calls were handled when other people complained about their apt complex. Poor insulation\AC, higher ac bill then other apt iv been at with less sq ft. They threatened to tow my 2nd car that I don't drive anymore because the registration was a month behind. I had it parked in my parking spot, but they said against the rules... Yet I see trailers parked in parking spots without any license plates.

Summary: The price went up and the state of the complex went down. Might be cheaper to rent a house. Other apartments within a mile are cheaper with the same or more sq ft per price. Even without the listed cons I have to give pause onto whether or not I am going to restore my lease with this price hike. Read More
