Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for an additional $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $35 for the first 2 hours, subject to availability with 24 hours' notice.

All guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are bringing a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. A $500 late check-out fee will be charged for delayed checkouts. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in our units. If you are bringing a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
