A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME:
- Let's talk first! Our units have lockboxes for easy viewing, but I'd like to speak with you before scheduling a showing.
- Perfect credit? Not necessary! If you're hardworking and responsible, I'm willing to look beyond a credit score.
- Short on your security deposit? Let's talk! We may be able to arrange payments over time.
- Pets are welcome! But I'm fanatical about cleaning up after them. If you don't pick up after your dog, expect fines. If that's a problem, this isn't the place for you!
- Past eviction? We may still be able to work with you if there are compensating factors.
- Something breaks? Call our small team! We'll make sure maintenance issues are addressed.
- Monthly fees: Advertised rent is base rent. Additional administrative and water/trash fees apply.
- Need storage? We have onsite storage rentals available. If none are available, we may even be able to build one for you!
