This has such great potential - its near downtown, major highways, newer upgrades... but the management company is so terrible, I had to move. The front gate doesn't lock, and the other 2 access points to the property dont have gates, so anyone can walk in. Many homeless people were seen in the court yard, and were always using the hose to clean themselves. There are no cameras, or even signs that say "no trespassing." Packages have disappeared from the property, and my neighbors mentioned... always having to call the police because of unwanted people wandering around. The management company is not on site. In fact, they are close to 40 blocks away. I saw the property manager maybe 3 or 4 times in the year I lived here. She is terrible at answering maintenance requests. The free laundry room smelled awful and moldy, and only 2 washing machines worked. Glad I moved. My advice would be to avoid this place. Read More
