Regret. Moving. Here.
Roaches! Been here months and no pest control has ever been on property! Rude neighbors! Loud neighbors! Idk who needs to hear this but Headstart starts at 3yrs old and Kindgergarden is 5! Avoid living near the playground! Walls thin! 3AM gun shots nearby every morning! Maintenance flying down the sidewalk instead of the parking lot, blocking residents from walking by or we almost get hit with golf carts! Trash everywhere! Poorly built property! Moved here in a rush and quickly regret it! Nasty... laundry room, and watch your laundry! Gates were closed for 30 minutes one day since I moved here, they're usually wide open for such a criminal area, so if safety is a concern of yours, keep looking! Hidden fees not shown on website or apartments.com! The office staff is actually alright.

Awful Apartments
Homeless people are always in the apartment complex, not safe. They charge $25/month for a trash service that doesn't pick up. Utilities AREN'T included, it's an extra $80+ a month on top of the rent. Staff is awful and unresponsive.

Terrible
One of the worst mistakes I ever made was moving into this place. Load disrespectful neighbors, obtuse management, front gate left open 24/7…list goes on.

Not a safe area, not a safe apartment complex. Not worth how expensive it is
