Guests may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a background check. All guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement. Guests must be 23 years of age or older and local bookings are not accepted.
