This property is derelict and the property management company is unresponsive and dismissive to the tenants. We moved out several weeks ago due to water leaks and other problems and the lack of response of the management to address several issues was unreal. It took threatening to get an attorney to solicit a response for them to even acknowledge the issues, and after that, response times were poor. Tried to call an set a appointment to see if my wife and myself could see one of there units. The phone number kept hanging up on myself and my wife over 16 times, asked online for an application and received no feedback, no nothing, and to be truthful I don't think that they have any available units unless the people who runs the property knows of you personally. I suggest that do not rent for this company there are really unprofessional.

Not impressed with Mode. They promise a lot on their website but do not follow through with the issues that tenants raise at all. Even when tenants tell them what should happen, no one comes to the property to deal with the issues raised by tenants.
