The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs.
