Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
