Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.

***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine and possible eviction.
You will have the whole townhome to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each townhome. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we\'ve set to remain good neighbors
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
