Art on Highland

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at The Art of Highland Apartments was frustrating enough to warrant a warning to future renters. The biggest issue? The apartment manager. Their lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and general disregard for tenants made my stay here incredibly stressful.
From unaddressed maintenance requests to dismissive communication, it felt like the manager did everything in their power to make life difficult rather than providing the service and support... expected from someone in their position. Any concerns raised were met with indifference, excuses, or outright refusal to help.
The apartments themselves might look nice on the surface, but don’t be fooled—dealing with this management will quickly ruin any appeal. If you value reliable service, clear communication, and a stress-free living experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read More

Not clean, under staffed for a place that has 340 plus apartments. Get more help all around. They try, they really do but only so much 6 people can do that big. It has gone down hill so much since I signed my first lease.

This apartment complex is a shell of its former self. I used to look at this community as the pinnacle of what a luxury community is. Now it’s the definition of a management team that’s given up and doesn’t care what happens to its residents.

Great property close to downtown, airport, Scottsdale and great restaurants. This is the reason move to the Art on highland it’s between everything.
