My APS bill doubled and then tripled June, July, and August. I asked the property management company (CAM Properties) I think you sent someone down to look at my windows and my door to make sure there were no issues with the weather stripping after a month and several phone calls and emails and a horrible plumbing issue (flood of sewage waste water) they finally contacted me ( did I mention that I also had to threaten them by saying that I would be seeing an attorney before they contacted me?)... When someone finally came to look at the Windows he noticed immediately that two of them needed to be replaced. Of course he didn't do that so another maintenance man had to come. When I asked him why they needed to be replaced, he told me it was because they weren't the right size for the window frame and there was a gap between the window and the frame. The maintenance supervisor with Cam properties told me that my electricity bills were not unusual for this time of year even though I am gone all day at work and I leave my AC at 80 degrees... the gap between the window and the frame had nothing to do with the escalating price of my APS bill.
