These apartments are INFESTED with roaches. They have to come by every apartment once a month and spray, but it does nothing. Management is very reluctant to help with anything and will initially try to blame you for the AC breaking, pipes being old, fridge being broken, etc. Manager on property is very nice and so is maintenance guy, at least. But this place was a nightmare. We kept all open food in sealed containers, didn't leave food out any longer than it took to eat a meal, rarely cooked,... took out trash every day, kept food trash to only one trash can, sealed up all little crevices we could find, swept every day, put out roach traps, etc. and we still saw at LEAST 20 roaches a day. The whole building is infested and they are in the walls, so there was no way to get rid of them. I had to sleep in my car some nights it was so bad. I was rarely totally comfortable in my own home. They also raise the rent EVERY time you renew (which is every 6 months). The area is pretty good, but this place is awful. Read More
