If it weren't for the lake I live on, I'd definitely move.

From the moment I signed my lease it was horrendous, Kimberly was unfriendly and so unwelcoming for being at the front desk, then a giant spoon shaped in the bedroom was filled with water in the ceiling the eventually starting leaking. No regards for my safety when a the bullet pierced the wall inches from my front door in June. Some of the maintenance are weird. One tried to enter my apt without verifying, I left a message with the office, no response, no apology.
The neighbors are kind and... friendly though.

When I moved here in '05, it was reminiscent of carefree days of motel hopping, and the vacation- like attitude shared with all tenants.
Over the years bad maintenance, slipshod managers, have degraded the ambiance. Since it is still a good location for my needs. Is the only reason I stay.

Overall, the apartment complex is okay, and the residents are drama-free. My biggest problem is the roaches. They’re everywhere. I can not tell you how many times I have woken up to a roach crawling over me. If you can get over that “small” detail, the place is livable.
