A reasonably well-priced, reasonably well-managed, and nice-looking community that is a good option for people in the lower-to-middle income bracket who want quick access to I-17 and the northwest Valley in general. There are occasional plumbing issues but management is good at warning us in advance and usually has them resolved as quickly as possible.
