Terrible place to live. This place is drug infested and management is terrible.

This place is similar to a prison yard. Gangbangers sell drugs infront of the kids after-hours when the leasing dept is closed, and the Security Guard only shows up after someone has been attacked or killed, but only to kick the responsible party out. What they don't know is these people all know each other and bounce from apt to apt prostituting and selling drugs. At night you hear blatant death threats for anyone who tries to call the police, but the police never show up until an hour or 2... after a crime has been commited.This is a gated community yes but they jump over the gates and wait for people to punch in their codes and follow behind them. You will always either be too scared to come outside because of the gang activity or too scared to go to the store or a friends house because they will break in while your gone and take your things. The crips say the run this paticular complex, and things will never change. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPLEX EVEN IF YOU ARE AT YOUR LAST RESORT. It is hostile unforgiving, and the management just lets it go on when it's obvious this building needs a police presence. Somebody will die here soon every month or so there's a shooting. NOT a place for kids. they will fight sell drugs and vandalize right in front of them. There are disabled vets, and seniors, families and single mothers who have the burden of living here, and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. God Bless Them. Read More

Leasing office people are nice. For the most part the complex is quiet. It is a gated community and there is a security person who walks the complex several nights a week.
