Renter beware. Parking lot is trashed with broken glass all over. Parking is first come first served and only one handicapped parking space that it occupied by someone who never moves their car. Trash blows out all over the place and nobody cares to clean it up. Graffiti in the laundry room, broken window and door. People parking illegally in the emergency parking spots. Hope we never have a fire. Firemen will have no place to park. They advertise on the website there is a pool. Yeah,... maybe many years ago. It's all filled in with sand now. Uneven sidewalk all over. It's a wonder more kids or people don't trip. Siding is in bad need or repair. Holes in the eaves letting in who knows what vermin into the attics. This place is a Dump with a capital D. Oh, speaking of dump, there are old pieces of abandoned furniture sitting outside under the sign that says " No Dumping." One apartment is filled with old appliances and fixtures and it's filthy. There's an office, although I don't know why, nobody uses it. Kids don't respect property or privacy. They wander around in the same clothes for days and no parent cares that they are making friends with strangers. Renter beware. Please don't move here. I'm here cause I had to find a place affordable and fast. I'll be glad when I can leave. One good thing is that it's close to work. Read More
