La Casa Ilusion

When I moved in the apartment nothing was ready, and they forced me to move out of my current unit into an unfinished one. No heater, cabinets unfinished, not a working food dispenser. I keep putting in maintenance request and they haven't come and it's been 6 months. The manager is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. She yelled at me from her car that she will call a towing truck to take my car, being "Professional". I regret living here. I do not reccomend living here to anyone. The cando complex look really nice. But they did not have my unit ready wen I moved in. They have not fix anything from the Unit since I movein. The management is the worst no communication with the renters can’t ebem ask a question because she is rude. And handy man needs to be updated they don’t do there job or what ever tenets request to be done I have a month and nothing has been done . I just move in now have to wait to move out I’m regretting moving here ..

I have loved living at La Casa. It has a great neighborhood community and a very friendly staff. My concerns are always met in a timely matter. I love living here.

I lived here for 2 years and in that time the management had changed. When we first moved in we couldn't even use the pool/spa because is was always dirty and green, and only open until October so you couldn't use the spa in the winter time. In the lease YOU have to pay for repairs to the unit and landscaping (we moved in and the rose buses were already there we did not plant) The deposit was $1025 plus first months rent. Once the management changed things did not get better the Pool was... cleaner but the Spa was still green and nasty. Almost called the health department it was so bad, and still only available from May to October if you were lucky. We got a 10 day notice to remove a car with no license plate and a tarp from our unit. The car was just purchased so had the temporary tags and we never had a tarp at our unit. They gave us the 10 day notice for another unit. I was getting ready to move out and gave them my letter to vacate notice with my forwarding address 40 days in advance. (per the lease agreement) and should have gotten the deposit back after they has 14 business days to process. Now 23 business days later still waiting on the deposit. When I call to check the status she made excuses that the employee that handled the Intent to vacate didn't put that in my file so they supposedly didn't have my forwarding address to send the deposit back. Now I have to wait another week so they can supposedly cancel the check that was already issued and send out a new one. I would NOT recommend this property. Read More
