Used to be nice
Yes, old mgt had issues, thought with new mgt it would get better, nope
1. Security gates have been broken for over a year, apt manager Elizabeth refuses to fix them (she also had maintenance remove the walk in gates locks and handles) this is a safety issue
2. The outdoor lights haven't worked in years, you can't read apt numbers, and is a safety issue
3. Gym has broken equipment for over 2 years again Elizabeth won't fix it
4. Computer room, internet works half the time, the other half... it's slow and the printer never works
5. The ground crews just blow garbage around, not really raking and trimming
6. And Elizabeth is rude, unprofessional, and shady, she has favoritism with certain tenants
She let her "friend" put her own refrigerator in the apt because she wanted a bigger one, another tenant asked her if she could do the same and she said it was against the lease agreement
7. She constantly lies
8. And recently she has tenants fire extinguishers and refuses to give them back until she inspects the apts, shes has them for over a week and a half
Which the fire dept says is against the law
They need to replace her, she makes her own hours, sign says 8:30-5:00
Some days she doesn't even show up
Or leaves early
Lunch is from 12:00-1:00
Sometimes she go to lunch and doesn't come back

SLACKING
I have been living here for almost 3 years. Service has always been excellent until a few months ago. I've called for maintenance a few times and it has taken them several weeks to come by. To this day maintenance hasn't came for the past month to check on an issue I've been having. Office says it closes at 5:30 and they leave way before then. And the phone can never be answered. STEP YOUR GAME UP LEGACY CROSSING!!!

Best Place To Live !!!
I've been here since the opening of the second phase(5 years)!!! Absolutely love living here!! Such a quiet community and the neighbors are amazing, helpful and kind! If you need help you can count not only on the amazing staff but neighbors. Very kid friendly and they even have lots of activities for the kids during summer and have tutoring onsite for after school. During the summer they have breakfast and lunch for all the community kids so NO KID goes hungry!! If you are looking for the... perfect quiet place to live than I would look no further!
