    So far it’s not looking good

    They listed an apartment price $200 below stated and sent me a link via email for application when I inquired then called after I paid the fees and told me they couldn’t honor their written price. Took my $250 plus processing fee. They said they’d call back next day with update but did not. Offered refund via cashiers check in the mail so I can’t apply anywhere else with that money. Now I’m seeing reviews there are roaches and of course haven’t heard back from them. I will handle pest control in… my unit if I have to but right now I just feel scammed. I only have 2 stars bc there’s a possibility they’d make it right although I highly doubt it right now.
