Sub standard
Tile coming up in both kitchen and bathroom, loose carpet that has created a line of uplifted carpet right across the entire living room floor also doing the same in the bedroom. There has been serious plumbing problems for the past several years and the water gets shut off on average of twice a week. The management says it's due to lack of funding. Whatever the excuse it's completely unacceptable.

The Abbey
For a apartment complex downtown, this place is good for the price. I feel safe here due to it being a gated community. The leasing agent is great and will work with you if you are having financial issues. I would highly recommend.
