There are multiple residents having issues with bed bugs. The treatment provided by Mike's Pest control does not work. My boyfriend's apt has been treated 6 times. There are drugs, prostitutes and multiple homeless trespassing on property. No on site security. Used condoms found in parking lot and drug paraphernalia! Managment does not address issues rather they tell you other people have it worse off. I highly recommend skipping this property when you are searching for a place to stay.

My fiance and i got our first place together here almost a year ago and it's a very convenient location. There is a free bus that comes right in front of the complex and takes you to Metro Mall and Christown Mall until the light rail is finished. Yes! the light rail is almost done and is right in front of our apartments! Maintenance is always very prompt to tending to all of our needs. within a couple of hours calling the office maintenance are here fixing whatever we needed done. The staff... here is really nice and are always having a good time in the office but they are very quick with helping us out. We love this place. They make you feel like you are part of their family. They listen to you. They keep this place really clean. We want to live no place else but here! :-)

My daughter and myself don't want to be anywhere else but here! The office people listens to you and work with you! I just feel like I am truly home! We look at other places, but no place compares to this place! Everything you need is right here!
