ZERO STARS

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are too many problems to even name. And when problems are mentioned to the property management team, they seemingly don’t care. The worst of it is, there currently is a homeless person living in the complex and no one cares to remove him. I have video footage of him every day coming onto the property. Half of the “amenities” listed on this post are false. The mini split ac units make a constant loud buzzing noise and “maintenance” has no idea how to fix it. There is a bug… problem, a cricket infestation, that I PERSONALLY had to spray for. This listing says they have private backyards? Yeah only like 4 apartments actually do. The property is not worth the amount of rent that I currently pay and I wish there was a way I could get out of my lease.

no communication

The apartments itself are nice however management is non existent. If you have an issue you have to call into a call center and from there all they can do is pass the info along to a supervisor and tell you they will call you back. I have never once received a call back or the things I was promised upon signing my lease. I was told I’d have compensation for construction noise back in September but have not received that either.
