Roaches inside of appliances, inside of washing machine, I keep the apartment as clean as possible with all drains covered and still have to kill multiple roaches every day. Literally 5 + a day. Its disgusting.

Lots of roaches, after 3 years of living here and constant pest control sprays, seems as if the roaches live in the walls, maintenance Is always busy.

This property is flooded with roaches. The tenants have to pay for the exterminator to spray but it is obviously not working and we are wasting our money. Also the staff isn't really trust worthy. They charge you for everything including water, sewer and trash and for whatever reason the price goes up every month so your total rent isn't always the same each month. I would not recommend this property especially for what they charge.

I'll start off with the location was great and the room sizes and appliances were good.
But roaches were everywhere. We broke our lease to get away from them. The move out process was ridiculous, there was bad communication. I hear nothing for 10 months and then a collections company is hounding me when I never received the charges or a way to pay them.
When I called to get the breakdown I was told the manager would call me back. Never heard back.
