Paradise Falls

Very disappointed with paradise falls apartments. Management & staff is very unprofessional and very you have to call and basically chase them to fix anything wrong with the apartment they take too long to fix anything you request. So I rented out a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, ever since I moved in the bathroom always smelled like mariguana and cigarette. They never did anything about it the would go and say well we don’t know where it’s coming from, turns out to be that the vents are… connected to other apartments beneath and the smell was coming from another apartment. So they never did anything about it and it’s supposed to be a smoke free and mariguana free apartment complex, at least that’s what you sign in the contract. During the day or night you see people in their patio smoking cigarettes and some also mariguana. One bedroom during the summer was super hot the air conditioner never worked properly I called that in numerous times because one bedroom was always super hot and their response was all the 2 bedroom apartments hear are like that so I never got that fixed so I had one bedroom ok and the other super hot all the time. Also it’s a “gated community “ gate is mostly broken than working. Regularly I got to see homeless people in the complex so security is bad also. You also have a very hard time finding parking spots at night. So when I moved out they sent me a ridiculous list of what was needed to be done when moving out but ok I did as they asked. So manager and me agreed on the day I was king to turn in the keys and With no additional fee’s, turns out to be that the 31st was a Sunday so he was ok with me tuning them in Monday before 12 (which I did) with no charges. So when my deposit summery came in I was getting charged a day of rent. I was also getting charged for cleaning and sanitizing fee $50 which I think is ridiculous because I spent all day cleaning the whole apartment to avoid any cleaning fee’s. I took the profesional carpet cleaner like they asked. I got charged a paint touch up fee witch I think is just an excuse to charge money out of the deposit because the apartment was in great shape but ok I would understand that, but what I don’t understand is why would the charge me a broken kitchen cabinet when nothing in the apartment was broken I have pictures as proof but I guess you can beat them.
