Pine Crest

I am a current resident and like the last review says they have a big problem. You can get rid of them so glad my lease is up in August. I would not recommend anyone living here. They do make rules up as they go. They want to charge you for having things on your patio!! They blame children for their problems. Also most of the staff are rude.

This apartment complex is the absolute worse. A friend of mines moved in March 2018 saw bugs after a few days put traps down sprayed cleaned the usual. Here it is July after complaining multiple times a week after being told exterminator will be out every other Thursday they've been out a total of 3 times. They don't do anything to get rid of bug problem. They random make u rules as they go to make their job easier and your living experience horrible. The proprpro manager is the rudest most non... caring person you will ever meet. I've been in customer seiservice for 13 years now and customer service satisfication is a must. When you are giving your money to live you want to be comfortable and you want your landlords to care for their tenants, NOT this complex they deserve negative ratings all across the board. To the owner of the property you have left it in terrible hands and corrective actions will be taken moving forward. Tenants should not have to live under these conditions here and nobody cares. I really hope the manager make the corrective changes to make the tenants more comfortable. You should not tell a 13 year old child " tell your mother I will call CPS on her" that's a statement the property manager made to a 13 year old boy in the property playground with other kids. I like the apartment so far been here for about 4 months now in a radio bed room. it's quite during the day and night and a nice staff.
