Presidio North Apartments

Called at 4:30 today. Told them im on my way to see a one bd. I got here at 5:08, and the door was lock. Attendant came up, opened the door and I told her I just called to see apt. She said sorry we decided to close early today. This must be indicative of the management. Nope, Nope, Nope

Renting from Presidio North has been a horrific experience. Every common area is absolutely filthy. The laundry facility is always messy, dirty floors dirty washing machines. If there aren’t moldy clothes laying in the washer‘than someone is stealing your clothing from the dryers. Having the police here is a common occurrence. The icing on the cake is this disgusting air conditioning I found after moving in. I contacted the office on several occasions their solution was to vacuum it…? I wish I could give -stars. In the few years I lived there. We had bedbugs twice, roof rats, cockroaches and mice. They have new management that is not helpful. The area is has junkies up and down the streets.
They paint the outside and paint the doors blue and charge double the rent. Please if you can go somewhere else!
