New Renovations

New renovations and management have greatly improved this property. Grounds and location are one-of-a-kind. Victoria really cares about the tenant experience.

Amazing!

The new owner and management is working very hard to make this place all it can be. So very pristine, top of the line remodels. The grounds are beautiful. People are nice.

nightmare, think twice about living here

management is a nightmare, if your a/c goes out in the summer, dont expect a quick fix or any help. the owner will answer the phone until he knows there is a problem, then you will be unable to get ahold of him. every month he is going to tack on an extra fee, did you have family staying with you for a few days? there is guest fee for that. DONT EVER PAY CASH. made this mistake one month as i couldnt get to the bank. he claims he never received it. its been a month since we moved out due to the... issues and he will not return my calls or texts to talk about getting back my deductible. ive been renting for 10 plus years and never once have i met such a shady man. please think twice before moving to shalimar

Disgruntled tenants always write nasty notes. This tenant said one thing right. DON'T EVER PUT CASH IN A DROP BOX AND WALK AWAY. THAT'S STUPID. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY CASH, IF ALLOWED, GET A RECEIPT. THAT'S ONLY COMMON SENSE.
Also, when you leave... your apartment a mess, painted wall, dirty carpet and an apartment that needs a major clean and paint, don't expect your deposit back.
Furthermore, having family for a few days is nice and is ok, bringing in a family with a big dog, (where dogs aren't allowed) for two months or until their house is finished is not ok.
