Sunrise Villas

So happy to live here. The tenants are all very respectful and the management team is like a family but very nice. The pools are beautiful!! So great to live in a building that is locally owned and operated. There are not any issues with mold that I or anyone else knows of. Perhaps some tenants before didn't know how to clean up after themselves... This is Arizona.

This is a great place to live and very quiet. The rents are very reasonable for the size of apartments and there are two nicely maintained pools. The complex is very well maintained and always quite clean. I think one of the other reviewers was causing noise complaints which may explain why some other tenants weren't too happy... Never had an issue in my building though. The manager and maintenance team live on-site and are very accessible. In terms of location within Phoenix there is no better.... Wow! Afer seeing these reviews I am actually in shock. Let me give everyone a clear vision of Sunrise Villas. This apartment complex has a on site manager and an on site maintainence team. I have live in three apartments in this location and I have no complaints. Terri, the manager is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure that tenant's are taken care of. We do not have many children in the three complexes, but when there are children playing in our common areas the manager always... ensures that tenants are not disturbed. I work from 5am-12pm and turn around and go to my other job at 2pm-14 am. While I know kids will be kids sometimes it is hard to get to sleep to be ready for my next job. It's simple really children that live in other apartments should not be horse playing. I have seen this as far as her yelling that in complete nonsense this woman doesn't raise her voice. In our complex we alol know who each other is and respect one another. I recently got divorced and had to move from this location and Terri helped me get things in order so I did t ruin my credit. I would seriously consider moving back to this apartment. However, once you move out believe that there will be no availiable units. What does that tell you? The villain that these other reviews have submitted is false. Terri, you are an amazing manager and that's why two units that you have already are friends of mine. The landlord Terry is very disrespectful yell at you for a cross the complex at children for playing outside, or talking in the out side of the complex. Disrespect guests who are visiting tenants. In the fall and winter all the walls get full of black mold and the tenant is responsible for cleaning it. We never had closet doors in the second bedrooom and she changed me 64.00. I will be adding pictures in goggle if any one want to see them.

It's a nice place to live but the manager here,does treat all tenants the same ,tenants above me is always making noise,I tell Terry the manager,she always say they just walking,buckshot,they beats on the walls all the time,then she tell me well you never lived down stairs before ,and said the neighbors in apartment 1 & 3 that we are always making noise,that tv is to loud in the living room,but I don't have a tv in my living room,but the above me can do what they want ,who is the owner I would... love to meet them my name is Chris.
