Not luxury at all

Definitely no luxury here. The floors are the cheapest floors that they could possibly purchase, linoleum that is glued uneven and not leveled. The livingroom looks like there are waves all over the floor. There are footsteps (contractor boots) that are all-over the floors, as well, that cannot be removed. (4 different people tried including the contractor, who put those floors) When arrived with movers, the place was not even cleaned, dust and dirt everywhere. We had to wait almost 2 hours... for cleaners to come, so the movers couldn't even put anything inside. We waited almost 2 months for a working doorbell and someone to come to fix all the items that were broken or unfinished. The best part is when we asked for a credit because we had to live in the construction zone, we now being ignored by the property manager, Samir. Called 3 days in the row, left a voicemail, sent a text message and no reply. All new buildings, let people move in during construction and give either 1 month or two months free, because you have to live in the construction, we did not sign up to live like this. Our garbage wasn't even being picked up for a month, neither was our mail delivered or picked up. Literally the worst "luxury" apartment we've ever lived in. The bedrooms are tiny, main bedroom can barely fit a king-size bed.
