Found a flyer saying it was 25 minutes from the job site, turned out to be over an hour one way. Told we would get a discount, never happened. Someone tried to break in our glass door, damaging the seal, we were ignored. Never got the front door to open with our code always some issue so we were forced to leave it unlocked. Constant and excessive bird poop on patio, an area about 3x2 feet in the direct walkway, upstairs neighbor constantly dropping bags of dog poop (when they were nice enough... to put it in a bag instead of just sweeping it off) on my patio, smelled so bad of their dogs pee. Again, we were ignored. They dropped their dirty water filled trash can on my patio, constantly dropped trash, dirty rags, a phone, wet towels, cigarette butts, paper towels smeared with dog poop and pee and more. All surrounding neighbors yelling fighting all hours of the night. Women screaming bloody murder. Hot water heater smelled of sewer periodically, told to just fill pipe with water. shower constantly overflowing with sewer, toilets backing up constantly. Neighbor to the left plunged loudly twice a night, and stunk up the bathroom with his dogs poop. loud music all the time, tiny ziplock drug bags in parking lot. I watched a drug deal from my kitchen table the one time my blinds were open. Surrounding parking lots all over run with homeless. I have pictures to prove everything. Stayed for 6 months, accused of a scratch in the floor, didn’t get deposit back, they said we damaged more than our deposit. asked for a reciept for the “damages” no response. 0/10 Read More

Words can’t explain how I feel about the property I reside in! I moved here from Atlanta and I didn’t think I would find anything near as nice. Until we found the Landon, we were actually referred by a friend and as soon as we saw the place we fell in love! The common areas are always nice and clean, we have a pool tables in the lobby, TV, nice couches to relax on. The units are nicely sized, the appliances are stainless steel, no carpet which I love by the way! Modern furniture!! The units come... with furniture or without your choice! The pool is nice! Private parking under the garage, and it’s gated! The units are keyless entry, we have security on site! The list goes on!! The community is safe! My kids are free to walk around with no issues. The area is really convenient to the grocery store, highway access a few lights down, and the neighborhood is nice a quiet. The property management team is the best I’ve ever experienced in all my years of renter. They are easy to communicate with! I love it here! I just renewed my lease again round two!!! Read More
