Beautiful Apartments

These apartments are gorgeous. High-end upgrades. Gloss epoxy floors, quartz granite tops, new cabinetry, open floor plan, washer & dryer available inside the apartments, white subway tile. LARGE ROOMS and A M A Z I N G closet space. It's all a classic design but very modern. Community pool. Gated community. Wi-Fi available. The residents are friendly. The rate is great for the quality of the apartments. Owner is not so responsive but the leasing manager will handle it.

The Markley formerly Camelback Vista

This property was sold in July 2016 and has been a nightmare ever since. Just moved my mom out of there. If you want zero security due to the gates being open all the time, the code on the front gate given to every day laborer on the place, unlicensed construction workers 7 days a week till all hours of the day and night, no advance notice or notice at all of water shutoffs, parking lot closures, jackhammers, anything. Move here. If you want to pay rent for absolutely NO SERVICES no... maintenance when things break down (and they will see unlicensed contractors above), Move here. There have been thefts, no repairs to the outside lights that were knocked out when the building was sandblasted, emergency repairs take a week of calling the owner, etc. If all that sounds good to you MOVE HERE!! This was a nice building with nice people (most have moved out now, but not anymore. No dumpster for the construction trash so guess what? It goes in the resident's dumpsters! Workers sleep in the vacant apartments, very loud music during the day, my mom's windows were completely covered for a MONTH last fall for no reason (sandblasting took a couple of weeks), but were not removed for 30 days despite repeated requests, etc. Sound like fun? MOVE HERE!!!
