Dont Move Here
NEGATIVE 100 STARS I have been here for 4 years already, when Maria was the manager and she was nice but things never got done. The yard would be overgrown and she wasn't even in to collect the rent on time. It took a month to get a receipt for the month prior. But unlike the new manager here, she wouldn't allow homeless people here, which was the only thing I liked about it. But now that this new ONLY SPANISH SPEAKING manger is here, she has allowed a homeless man to camp here for almost a... month and he makes a huge mess by the garbage bins, you cannot even throw your trash away. It's disgusting. I called her to fix something in my apartment 5 times, and when she was FINALLY in the office, she told me tomorrow, and I told her no, because she told me today. I don't think this is an secret hidden nice place to live anymore. It's absolutely garbage. You get the roaches, and nasty smells, and rats! yes I said rats. You get what you pay for it. Don't believe me, go ahead and see for yourself, while I will be running away.
