Hot and heated
I am a very upset tenant. I live in an upper level apt. My air has been out since Tuesday August 4th. I have made several attempts to reach out to not only the office management but to the maintenance as well. The manager will not put me and my family in another unit. I do not have a date when the air will be fixed. The repairs according to the manager Linda is over $3000 and they can not get approval for the work to be completed. Since they do not have a unit to put me in until the air is fixed... , the only option they are giving me is to pay for a room under $70 for me and my family to stay in then get reimbursed later. This situation is highly dissatisfying. We are in the middle of summer in Arizona. Its cooler outside than it is in my apt. At this time I do not recommend making Topaz Pointe your place of living, especially if they are not willing to properly accommodate their tenants.
