The management here is a joke. A horrible one. pools shut down for 2 years due to some persons misbehaved children. atleast they are nice to look at. My neighbors are the worst I have ever lived around. I have never been so uncomfortable with the place I live EVER. I'm extremely kind and easy to please. I rarely would take the time to write a review on the internet. But I felt the need to let potential renters know what kind of place this really is. When you move, you will not receive back your deposit. Also, the complex will charge you for illegitimate repairs so they can upgrade a very old complex. They will also not communicate these charges to you and send you to collections. I currently have the Arizona AG office opening an investigation.

So in the course of me living here there has been two drug busts here that the employees were not informed of and there has been 2 people shot on December 23 I was told that this was a safe place to live when I moved in here excepting that to be true but that was a lie they do not have security at night there are drug dealers living there I just watched 3 cops swarm some guys door and there are convicted felons living here they say they do there best to keep it safe and so back ground checks but... clearly do not care about them if you are looking to live in a nice apartment area with your family I highly suggest not moving here Read More

Within two weeks I realized this move was a huge mistake! I chose to keep all “wood” flooring instead of carpet in my studio...huge mistake. It looks nice but when you mop it absorbs it so quickly the vinyl becomes paper like and tears.
I seen huge ROACHES in kitchen and bathroom area!! It’s December as I write this and I’m Still making pest control come EVERY week when possible. In the first two weeks my refrigerator went out, my garbage disposal stopped working, kitchen light fixture went out... , large stove top burner went out. To expand on the refrigerator situation..they replaced it..but with a dingy yellow stained piece of crap. Maintenance actually told me they never get new appliances only refurbished....very tacky. My apt was suppose to be ready 08/25/18, then 08/29 then 09/03, then 09/04. We had to live in a motel during this time, then Lisa just cancelled our apt without our permission. We paid for truck, storage and then motel. And we paid our holding fee which entitles us to our apt.
