This place is terrible I do not recommend renting here. In just the 3 months we've lived here the AC has poured water down into our apartment, the dryer broke and actually there was no hose even attached and a light/fan was broken. The light/fan took two months for them to fix after messaging them several times. As far as the AC pouring water - we messaged twice, called and went to the office over the course of a week and it wasn't until we went in person to talk to someone at the office that… they told us no one from maintenance had been there for an entire week. They never answer the office phone even if someone is sitting at the front desk. The maintenance of the dog bins and dog park is horrible - the bins are constantly overflowing and there are frequently no poo bags so then people just leave their dog's poop everywhere. I met with Nydia last week to tour the property and everything was just beautiful! Everything looked clean and calm just what I was looking for! Nydia was great, I definitely look forward to living here.

Plumbing is horrible. Maintenance take forever to finish their jobs. Dog bins are always overflowing. Some resident throw their used doggie bags in the bushes. Ants are always in an issue when it rains. Horrible, horrible staff. They always say emails was sent out and nothing in my inbox. Please don’t rent here.

I’m from mass I’ve been here for three months this is the worst place I’ve ever lived and still living in false advertisement crackheads as your neighbor people stealing things out of your car And damaging it. nothing is being fixed having mold issues there not taking care of it Haven’t showered issues water damage I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy
