Patty Sapp has lived in the Valley of the Sun since 2001, where she has seen Phoenix blossom into the city it is today. As an agent/advisor she is fiercely dedicated to her clients where she seeks tirelessly the perfect home for her buyers and gives her sellers the dedication it takes to sell a home for top dollar through savvy marketing, creative negotiating, and effective communication. These strengths have landed Patty in the top % of agents throughout the valley. She has won the Presidents Club Award in 2019, 2020 & 2021. More important than awards are the connection she makes with each of her clients, without a doubt the best part of her job. Patty earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University and went on to run a large apparel business in Los Angeles. She also earned roles such as Director of Sales, National Sales Manager, and President of her own company. Patty believes in giving back and has spent a lot of her time helping underprivileged children and homeless families. She has served on the board and chaired significant fundraising events at both Child Crisis Center and Homeward Bound. Patty and her husband of 30 years raised two children who attended Notre Dame Preparatory and went on to graduate from both Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona. Proud parents! Patty stays active and takes advantage of the Arizona weather with outdoor cycling, golf, and hot yoga. For relaxation, she enjoys sitting down at her piano or reading a good book with a glass of wine.
