Fire pit is run by propane and needs to be turned off after every use. Both the City of Scottsdale and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes, so do not make the rental an issue. All guests wanting to book need to be 21+ unless otherwise approved by the host. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement; violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed; bringing an animal after violating the house rules will result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund and a possible fine up to $300. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed; violating this zero-tolerance policy will result in a $500 fine and an additional $25 charge for every piece of evidence of smoking or drug use. No parties or events are allowed; having a party will result in being asked to leave without a refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge will apply to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of next guests. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If a refund to another guest is required due to overstaying, reimbursement for any refunds given will be required. No crypto mining on premises; if found, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Be respectful of the neighbors, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
