Ascend at Kierland

I've lived here for far too long and only because it doesn't make financial sense to move from one apartment to the next. That said, this place is a complete joke. From the incompetent office staff to the maintenance staff that provide very little maintenance, everything is incredibly inconvenient and always at the expense of the resident to miss work, board pets offsite, etc. They have little to no regard for your personal or professional responsibilities, it's all about the idiots that work… and own this hole. The ONE and ONLY way to will get a prompt response from them is when it comes to your rent and/or nickled and dimed fees they want to collect from you. If you have an open wallet, don't mind PLENTY of dog poop, an incompetent staff from all angles, residents who smoke in a supposedly non-smoking community, non-working facilities and unexpected closures on a whim, dated community with gates that only work half the time, an after hours security company that is rarely onsite and creepy when they are, inconvenienced management inspections, broken glass around trash receptacles, cheap appliances and fixtures that easily break, theft, well then my friend, you have found your new dump....errr, I mean home. Thankfully I'm leaving for good in a few months but feel really bad for the remaining residents who actually care and follow the rules because the property has been sold AGAIN and who knows what kind of new garbage employees it will bring with that new acquisition.
