Terrible Management

I've been living here for over a year. The management company is TERRIBLE! Just this month when I received the electricity bill I was shocked! The public electricity is $74!!! Normally it was under $10 which is acceptable. When I went in the office to talk to the manager about this she basically told me it is what it is..."Its summer time" thats her response to it. But how come it was only $12 last year around the same time??? She couldn't answer that question. I will contact their regional… office for this!

Love living here!

I've lived at Dusk for over a year now, and just renewed my lease for another year! I love the smaller community, the solar panels, upgraded floor plans, and living on the green belt. I've never had any major issues while living here. The property manager, Jessica, is so friendly, and makes an effort to get to know all the residents. She hosts community events in the clubhouse, so she can get a chance to know us all, and we can meet our neighbors!

Great place to live!

We moved in a few months ago and everything has been great so far. Great small community and beautiful amenities/views/pool. Jessica is very friendly and helpful with any requests that we have made. Monthly events at the clubhouse provide a warm atmosphere to meet neighbors.
