Shadow Bend Condominiums

The newly remodeled pool and gym are very nice. The grounds are well kept up with big trees, green grass. A number of unit have been remodeled. It’s very quiet and in a good neighborhood.

There are many positives such as being very close to the bus stop and having a grocery store right next door, but the complex is old, cabinets are cheap, roaches are a problem and the landscaping issues are numerous. It is a small 2 bedroom, only 1 bathroom. Like I said, its okay, its not bad, not awful - just not great or where I want to stay long-term. I have been here a year now and am looking for a larger place.
