Got to love the sewage stench on the first floor, a broken hot tub they won't fix, and you're stuck footing the bill for previous tenants' charges they conveniently forgot. Been leaving voicemails for the Regional Director for almost three weeks now, and guess what? Truly enjoyed being shown around Alta Raintree and Laura made this experience so much more pleasant. She was so insightful about all the amenities that Alta Raintree has to offer and was so knowledgeable about what this community had to offer us. The tour was so enjoyable that we can actually see ourselves be part of this community. The complex has a variety of pleasing floor plans and I enjoyed how update and well kept Alta Raintree is. Definitely would recommend!
