Its impossible to get in touch with the office. They just refuse to answer the phone or respond to texts. The building is falling apart and they just don't care!

We enjoy living here, the unit is updated and the neighbors are very friendly. The management company and lack of guest parking is a down side.

Management is terrible! Maintance is terrible. We have had nothing but problems from DAY 1. It is always dirty and they do not take care of your concerns. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ZENDOOR PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last straw was our ac going out and they gave us a portable ac that barely did anything and it’s now “fixed” it’s 81 and does not go lower. Also get ready to pay at least $300 for the ac bill. When we asked for a discounted price for the week that it was 81-105 degrees in our apartment they said no. They also will say that is your fault for picking to live in an older building so do yourself a favor and don’t pick this place.

I am a current resident and it is one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Things that were said during the walk through are still not fixed and we are over it. Our ac has been consistently 80 degrees and even 105 one day and we have a dog, when we finally got in contact they said you were the one that picked the location. So just keep in mind this apartment complex is very old and doesn’t have very good instillation. They have said after 6 days of being in a hot apartment that they are... going to come and hopefully the ac will get down to 75 but will have to run 24/7 (said the contracter).
Other problems that have occurred during my time here at the James is that the water fountain is constantly green and the parking is the worst. They do come into the apartment often (they do give a 2 day notice) but when they come they don’t knock or say anything they just enter and once I was even in a towel. I also still have a door that doesn’t have a door handle. The toilet has had multiple problems as well.
Overall not a great place. The people here are really nice but when it comes to management they could do better, it seems like they do the bare minimum to fix things. Read More
