So far it's been great! The property is clean and quiet, staff is very friendly, and the residents have been sweet. Please open the lobby earlier so residents can take advantage of the coffee amenity

I moved into Quincy Apartments (North Scottsdale) in late May 2025 and quickly ran into frequent late-night/early-morning noise—often starting around 2:00 a.m. and carrying on past 6:00 a.m. I’ve reported this many times by email and in person, but six months in there’s still no clear resolution. The 2–6 a.m. soundtrack is not the amenity I was hoping for. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Quincy Apartments if you value peace and sleep. If things genuinely improve, I’ll update...

Overall, the community is well maintained, and the leasing staff is responsive to feedback. My only concern has been the excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor, which is loud enough that I often have to play music at night to drown it out.

It’s been wonderful here! The only issue I have is just the mailroom. Residents do not claim the packages so it does to get crowded and hard to find your items
