Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, ending at 7 am. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $250 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the community, and you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. There is a $60/hour penalty applied if you fail to check out by 10 am or by the agreed-upon check-out time. An additional $10 fee per guest will be charged after 12 guests. A guest is considered someone staying at the property for an extended period of time and/or sleeps over.
