This suite features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and all necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Relax in the living room with two sofas, a lounging chair, and a 65" Smart TV. The dining room has a large table with six modern chairs. The bedrooms are furnished with plush pillows, new sheets, decorative pillows, throw blankets, ceiling fans, and lamps. The den can be used as a second living space or a twin-size sleeping area with a futon couch and a 55" Smart TV, and includes a room divider for privacy. A washer and dryer with detergent are conveniently located beside the bedrooms.

No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $250.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors, and any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. You will be fined $500 if you violate the no-smoking policy. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors when not home and turn off all lights when not in use. Please care for all towels, linens, and fabric items during your stay.
