This suite features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and opener. Relax in the living room with spacious sofas, a lounging chair, and a 65" Smart TV. The dining room seats six. The bathrooms include a modern half-bathroom on the main level, a full bathroom upstairs with a glass shower door, and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub. All three bedrooms are furnished with plush pillows, new sheets, decorative pillows, throws, ceiling fans, and lamps.
Enjoy the heated pool and a private outdoor area with a putting green, games, and comfy couches. Easy access garage parking is available. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. An additional $10 fee per guest applies after 5 guests in each unit, and a surcharge of $15 per guest after 4 guests.

Numerous dining options, shopping centers, and entertainment venues are also within a short driving distance.
Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, ending at 7am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or the agreed upon time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $250.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors; any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. You will be fined $500 if you violate the no-smoking policy. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors when not home, and turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out; please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins. Temporary construction bins are currently on site.
The den can be used as a dual-purpose space, featuring a futon couch that serves as a twin-size bed, a coffee table, and a 55” Smart TV. A room divider is provided for privacy.
