Looks nice is about all it has going for it.

There’s no soundproofing in the walls, there are literal holes in the corners of walls I’ve seen bugs crawl out of, they charge a monthly pest control but have never seen a pest control person, the fencing creaks loudly in any wind, the fences don’t reach the ground so dogs can stick their heads under and bark at me for being in my yard, the utility bills have gone up every single month so far, the original builders sold immediately after filling... all the new units to some conglomerate on the other side of the country, billing is never consistent including adding charges after the original bill is already sent, they won’t add an EV charger because “there’s just no demand for that type of thing” even though there are at least half a dozen EVs in the parking lot, my assigned parking space isn’t even close to my apt, you have to reset your internet almost daily due to interruptions, none of the flush mount ceiling lights stay up completely, the payment portal regularly goes offline, there are 2 trash bills every month, sewage surprisingly is now my most expensive utility as it has increased every month now more than double what it was originally, and now the new corporate overlords apparently don’t include tax in the rent/utility bill so after paying exactly what my bill stated I owed I have an outstanding amount because the bills they send apparently don’t include include the taxes!?

All in all if you want a place that LOOKS nice and FEELS luxury then this is the place for you but if you want a place that is actually high quality and has competent management then look elsewhere Read More
