New Management is Bad News

Save yourself the trouble: don't rent here.

The property was recently sold to a new managing company. The facilities are ok, but by no means high end or pristine. Scorpions in 2nd floor apartments and the smell of smoke in the units is the norm. The maintenance staff are lovely, however the office workers are rude and make it clear they don't have time for residents when complaints are brought up.

The main reason for the low review however is the move out experience. They charged outrageous… fees for basic wear and tear on the apartment. I spent 2 days deep cleaning only to be told the whole apartment had to be "redone." When asked to see the so called "damages" in person, they had already moved someone into the renovated the apartment with upgraded amenities. They were slow to respond to emails and inquiries and never returned phone calls. The new company is greedy and very clearly looking to take advantage of tenants to make money where they can. Will definitely be seeking legal action.

The apartment complex is quiet where I live. We have had packages left at the doors for days and no one has stolen them, no problems, no loud music, nice place so far.
