The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and you must inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
